Deposit refund policy please read carefully: Your deposit will be given back to you as follows. We will check for cleanness, damage and missing items. We will pay your deposit back through Pay Pal. You should have your deposit back with 3 days via E-mail if that does not happen E-mail me right away. I start the process with PayPal at that time, but do not have control over your bank or PayPal as to when the money will be in your account or show up on your statement.

Once you make a deposit you are guaranteed your condo/house for the dates in your E-mail. If you cancel at anytime you will be charged a cancel fee of $200.00 US. If you do not check in by closing time 5 pm California time your condo could be rented to others, normal check in time is 3pm to 5pm California time. If the satellite or other services ( water, power, sewer, phone, internet ) go down, we will do are best to get them up as fast as possible but offer no refunds or discounts.

By submitting payment information through the PayPal™ Service you agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. You further agree that this User Agreement forms a legally binding contract between you and Baja 24/7 Family Vacation Rentals formally Casey's Place, and that this constitutes "a written agreement signed by yourself" under any applicable law or regulation. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Baja 24/7 Family Vacation Rentals formally Casey's Place.

Please include the follow information when you pay on line in the Message part of your E-mail from PayPal to me, we will not be responsible if your deposit is applied to another account if you do not put this information on your deposit. Look for an E-mail back from me with 48 hours saying I have your deposit for the right condo and dates.

1. The full name of the person who the reservation is under.
2. The condo / suite number.
3. The dates you will be here.
4. The number of nights.
5. The number of people in your party including children.
6. The estimate time you will be checking in.

7. Please include the name address, city, state, zip code & the phone number including area code of the person paying.
