Depending on your sleeping arrangements you may need to bring extra bedding, cots or air mattress for the people with you. In the Winter time it gets down to 60 you may need extra blankets this unit does have heat. Includes: Pillows, Sheets, and Blankets. This rental has 2 bathrooms this one is down stairs and you also have one up stairs with nice big Hot water shower. Includes: 2 large towels, 2 hand towels, toilet paper, hand soap, bring your own wash cloths... |

Your Kitchen has a 4 burner gas stove with oven, Microwave & toaster. Sink, refrigerator, coffee pot, blender and dishes for 10 people. All Kitchen utensils except for your special pots & pans, we suggest you bring all your special items, to prepare that special gourmet meal outside on the patio next to the Sea of Cortez. Don't forget your dish soap, It is your responsibility to do your dishes. |

This condo is within walking distance to San Felipe's landmarks. You will have a fantastic view of the lighthouse, the little pueblo of San Felipe and the Statue of Guadalupe. You will be close enough to the water to hear the wonderful pounding surf. We are located at the end of a private road. Come relax in Baja.

Sorry NO Credit Cards or Checks, this keeps the price low for you. Rates differ on holidays and peak months. We do except online pay for your deposit, that can be done with a credit card via PayPal. Price: $115 a night, Sunday - Thursday, an $130 Friday & Saturday or $700 a week 7 nights, or E-mail for pricing a month... prices do not include 12% tax. You can now pay your deposit online via Pay Pal. |

Note: All prices US dollars plus 12% tax. when you see two prices on a condo that is because the price is lower Sunday to Thursday and more on Friday & Saturday also prices Rates differ on holidays and peak months. In most resorts area like San Felipe in the busy season we do not take check ins on Saturday or check outs on Saturday, we loose two weekend nights one on both ends of a 7 night stay, just not good business in the busy season, this effect your bookings for other weeks also. Most rentals are a two night minimum rental and three nights on special events and US holidays.. Thank you, Patty Bell
